Mohamed has over 16 years of experience in private equity and real estate including origination, deal structuring, execution, portfolio management and has executive committee and board level experience.

He joined Mumtalakat in 2013 and currently responsible for originating new deals while leading value-creation initiatives within Mumtalakat’s portfolio companies.

Prior to that, Mohamed was with Capivest, a Bahrain-based investment bank focused on private equity and real-estate merger and acquisition. As a member of the team, he was responsible for various key projects and new venture initiatives.

Mohamed holds an MBA from Chifley Business School at Torrens University, Australia.
